I’m calling this our “Last Supper” as we wrap things up in Kent and prepare to move north to West Cornwall. This is a bittersweet note because my little shop in Kent has been our home for three years, but now it’s time to grow up a bit. We plan to open frank. food company (a full-service gastropub) in early 2022. (More on that as we get closer to opening).

The turkeys will range in size from 14 – 40 LBS but turkeys are a little tricky and you never know how a crop will come in, so we will get as close as possible to your requested size. We’re also offering sliced turkey for those of you who don’t require the whole bird.
